Lead & Mentor: Directly manage, coach, and support Team Leaders and Senior USRN Coders, facilitating monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews and career development plans.
Drive Operations: Monitor and manage daily team inventory, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) to consistently hit or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Guard Quality & Compliance: Partner with the QA team to ensure an account-wide coding and audit accuracy score of 95% or higher, strictly adhering to HIPAA, CMS, and official coding conventions.
Client Collaboration: Act as a main operational point of contact for US clients, presenting operational metrics reports, handling coding denials, and addressing complex clinical validations.
Process Improvement: Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated with changing payer policies and identify workflow bottlenecks to implement smart automation or efficiency changes.
Qualification:
Active USRN License (Mainland)
At least 2 years of leadership experience handling medical coder.
