- Monitor stock levels, process Purchase Orders (POs), maintain inventory logs, enter data into
- systems, collate all receipts.
- Maintain store records, handle petty cash, process reimbursements, manage correspondence, file all receipts and schedule staff meetings
- Coordinate with couriers/third-party services for deliveries, handle paperwork for merchandise
- pullouts, and maintain office supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and, at times, assist with customer service,
- phone inquiries, and front-desk coverage.
