Philhealth Assistant - Dialysis Center

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PhilHealth Assistant to support the processing and monitoring of PhilHealth-related transactions of the Dialysis Center. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission of claims, and coordination with patients and concerned departments regarding PhilHealth requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and monitor PhilHealth claims and related documents
• Verify patient records and ensure completeness of requirements
• Coordinate with patients regarding PhilHealth concerns and deficiencies
• Prepare, organize, and maintain records and reports related to PhilHealth transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and claims processing
• Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with PhilHealth guidelines
• Assist in handling patient inquiries related to PhilHealth benefits and coverage
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business, healthcare, or related course
• With experience in PhilHealth processing, billing, or healthcare administration is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in PhilHealth policies and claims processing is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work onsite
