We are searching for a talented and experienced Commis Grill to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Commis Grill, you will play a crucial role in executing our restaurant's delectable grilled dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the chefs in all aspects of grill and kitchen duties, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
2. Maintaining a clean and organized work station to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
3. Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours
4. Continuously learning and developing your culinary skills to contribute to the growth of the kitchen team
5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent and memorable dining experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Commis Grill or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
2. Strong knowledge of grill techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
3. Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
4. A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the culinary profession
