HANDYMAN / CARPENTER
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Knowledge of roofing and leak repair
- With 1–3 years of experience in carpentry or a related construction role
- Able to use basic carpentry and construction tools
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work on-site
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry works such as fabrication, installation, and repair of wooden structures, furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and partitions.
- Conduct general maintenance and repair of company facilities and equipment.
- Repair damaged fixtures, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Install hardware such as locks, hinges, handles, and door closers.
- Perform painting, patching, and minor masonry work as needed.
- Inspect facilities and identify repair and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
