Accounts Payable

Description

Management of Assigned Accounts

1. BIR Reconciliation of Listings for Enforcment System (RELIEF) Encoding on Summary List of Sales (SLS).

- Making sure all issued sales invoice are in compliance with documentation requirements set by BIR.

2. BIR Reconciliation of Listings for Enforcment System (RELIEF) Encoding on Summary List of Importation (SLI) and Summary

List of Purchases (SLP).

- Making sure all vouchers of expenses are in compliance with documentation requirements set by BIR.

3. Alpha list Data Entry Encoding on Quarterly Alpha list of Payees (QAP).

- Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for Supplier Payments.

- Making sure all Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) are aligned with proper expenses identification and computation.

4. Alpha list Data Entry Encoding on Summary Alpha list of Withholding Taxes (SAWT).

- Making sure all deductions are in compliance with documentation requirements set by BIR.

5. Alpha list Data Entry Encoding on Summary Alpha list of Employees (SAE).

- Preparation of BIR Form 2316 for Employees.

- Making Sure all compensation expenses are in compliance with documentation and limitation requirements set by BIR.

Other Job-Related Tasks

1. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Finance Tax and Finance Payables team coordination

- Finance Tax and Finance Payables team coordination

2. Intradepartmental Coordination

- Finance Tax and HR Compensation and Benefits coordination

- Finance Tax and Sales/Sales Support team coordination

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in at least 4-year course in Accounting/Banking & Finance/Financial

Management

  • two (2) years of experience in the related field
  • Previous FMCG finance experience is an advantage
  • Tax research and compliance knowledge
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Can handle high expectation tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
