Gereklilik

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, typically 5+ years.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
