Quality Management Manager

The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with regulatory and industry standards for poultry processing. The QMR ensures that all processes—from live receiving, dressing, evisceration, chilling, deboning, cut-up, packing, and storage—consistently meet quality, food safety, and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Agriculture,

• Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Quality Management, preferably in the poultry processing / dressing plan industry.

• Skilled in process review, time and motion study, and productivity improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient In MS Excel and PowerPoint.
