Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Manage and organize office documents and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinating with suppliers.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all office equipment is properly functioning.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate with external parties as needed for office-related matters.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an advantage
• Eperience in a clerical or office support role is preferred.
