Utility/ Messenger

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Messenger / Utility Staff to support the company's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting documents, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting with general administrative and utility tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and other company-related items to and from clients, government agencies, banks, and other establishments.
• Ensure the timely and safe delivery of documents and packages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events when needed.
• Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
• Perform minor office maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Assist in photocopying, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Run company errands as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• With at least six (6) months of related work experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with routes within Makati
• Physically fit and capable of performing utility and messenger duties.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
