We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Admin to support our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring efficient operations, and providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network performance, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring network security.
Data Management: Assist with data backup and recovery procedures to protect organizational data.
Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in IT support or administration is a plus.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
