Human Resource Intern (OJT Student)

We are inviting motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an HR Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop foundational skills in Human Resources within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing
• Support interview coordination and initial screening processes
• Participate in the facilitation of New Employee Orientation
• Assist in the preparation of notices and memorandums
• Work under the supervision of an HR Generalist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Setup

• Onsite: Monday to Tuesday (Head Office – Rosario, Pasig)
• Offsite: Wednesday to Friday

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
