Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with routine interaction with staff and clients.
