Job Overview

PRIME Philippines is seeking an Expat - Business Development Manager with a proven background in business development and a focus on the expatriate market. This strategic role is designed for an individual who is not only capable of driving business growth but also possesses a deep understanding of the needs of expatriate tenants and corporate clients in Metro Manila. The Expat Business Development Manager will be instrumental in building relationships, securing new business, and expanding the company’s presence within the expatriate leasing and real estate market.


Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the expatriate community and corporate relocation sector.
  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to attract expatriate tenants and corporate clients to PRIME Philippines' leasing and property management services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international organizations, relocation firms, embassies, and multinational corporations to generate leads and business opportunities.
  1. Leasing & Client Acquisition:
  • Work closely with expatriates, multinational clients, and high-net-worth individuals to understand their specific leasing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process for expatriates, from property viewings and lease negotiations to finalizing agreements.
  • Ensure that PRIME Philippines remains the preferred leasing partner for expatriates by offering excellent customer service and personalized leasing options.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with expatriate tenants, relocation companies, and corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to expatriate tenants, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on leasing, relocation, and property management.
  1. Strategic Partnerships:
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as property owners, developers, and corporate HR departments, to secure premium expatriate leasing properties.
  • Leverage partnerships to identify new opportunities for business growth and service expansion within the expatriate market.
  1. Market Research & Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about expatriate leasing trends, rental rates, and demand in Metro Manila.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments to ensure that PRIME Philippines remains competitive and well-positioned in the expatriate market.
  • Provide regular market reports and insights to senior management to help shape business strategies.
  1. Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Drive lead generation through networking, cold calling, attending expatriate-focused events, and engaging with local relocation consultants.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are converted into successful leasing deals and long-term relationships.
  1. Team Collaboration & Internal Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including leasing, marketing, and property management, to ensure seamless service delivery to expatriate clients.
  • Provide regular updates on business development progress, including lead generation, sales forecasts, and client feedback, to senior management.
  1. Brand Representation:
  • Represent PRIME Philippines at international events, expatriate networking gatherings, and industry conferences to promote the company’s leasing services and brand.
  • Increase brand visibility within the expatriate community, positioning PRIME Philippines as the top choice for expatriate leasing solutions.

Gereklilik

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of business development experience, preferably with a focus on the expatriate market or real estate leasing.
  3. Proven track record of sales success, lead generation, and business development within the real estate industry or related fields.
  4. Strong background in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport and trust with expatriates, corporate clients, and relocation consultants.
  5. Knowledge of expatriate leasing needs and market trends in Metro Manila, with experience working in the expatriate relocation sector a significant advantage.
  6. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  7. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and real estate platforms.
  9. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  10. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Based in Manila or willing to relocate.
