Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and evaluate submitted academic records and credentials.
• Request and process missing scholastic documents from previous schools.
• Assist in determining students' eligibility for graduation based on completed academic requirements.
• Maintain, update, and safeguard student records.
• Process requests related to transcripts, certifications, and other academic documents.
• Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and external stakeholders regarding academic records.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and records management procedures.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties related to the Office of the University Registrar.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of a four-year course.
• Background in Office Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and research skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
