Demand and Capacity Planning Head

This position oversees the planning and procurement of all materials and services for the various business units (BU).

Covering all categories, the Planning Head is expected to review monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans and budgets, set targets for demand forecast, set targets for buying plans, analyze revenue impact, identify correct inventory levels, and ensure capacity is in place to meet business demand. As a member of the SCM Leadership Team, he/she plays a major role in the management of suppliers along with the maintenance of the delivery pipeline. The Planning Head also works together with the various operation groups within the BU. The Planning Head will liaise with the other SCM teams on vendor management, procurement activities, and inventory management. The Planning Head will coordinate the timely payment as well as monitor the performance of suppliers.

• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, and/or any related course
• Knowledge of MRP and related materials forecasting tools and all aspects of procurement
• Demonstrated high analytical skills
• Above-average communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of various MS Office software tools
• Project management skills
• People management skills
• Place of Assignment: Brgy. Madaum, Tagum City, Davao del Norte
• Salary Range: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00
