Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
