Premium Telco Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with their telecommunications needs while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Assist with inquiries about mobile plans, billing, accounts, devices, and services.
• Troubleshoot basic service and connectivity concerns.
• Process account updates, payments, upgrades, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and available services.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• No Call Center/BPO experience required
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and navigation skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns through phone calls.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Adaptable, patient, and able to handle different types of customers professionally.
