• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Meet collection, productivity, and quality performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Collections experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience handling Billing under a Telco or Financial account is required.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.
