- LOCAL ACCOUNT FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES
- Provide excellent customer service professionally responding to client inquiries.
- Build rapport, addressing concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues suitably.
- Coordinate with teams to optimize clients' staff solutions with innovative strategies.
Gereklilik :
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree. Higher education is a plus.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. With Government experience
- Skills and Competencies: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, basic technical proficiency, strong organizational abilities, and superb interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate records, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Position may require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends. Work environment may be fast-paced and high-pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be patient, empathetic, adaptable, and have a positive, problem-solving attitude.
