Senior HR Generalist

 WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR HR GENERALIST

 Location: Manila

 Salary: From ₱32,000/month

 Work Setup: On-site / In-person

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist who can take ownership of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and people processes in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

 What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws, Data Privacy Act guidelines, and mandatory HR reporting

• Lead employee orientation, onboarding, training, and employment documentation

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for urgent hiring needs

• Maintain 201 files, HRIS records, attendance, leave, payroll documentation, and personnel movements

• Manage employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, grievances, exit interviews, and clearances

• Support HMO, benefits, performance management, recognition programs, and other HR initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve HR concerns and keep operations running smoothly

• Use modern tools, including AI and HR technology, to improve HR workflows and processes

 What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, government reporting, and disciplinary procedures
• Experience in shipping, maritime, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and employee relations skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, Canva, and HRIS platforms
• Highly adaptable, accountable, and proactive with a strong “find a way” mindset
