POSITION: HR and Admin Manager

INDUSTRY: Chemical Manufacturing company

WORK LOCATION: Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)

SALARY: Php70,000 (Negotiable)

WORK SET UP: Work on site

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related filed
• With 7 years’ experience in managerial role
• With experience in PEZA, DOLE and other HR operations
• Amendable to work on site
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for plant and corporate roles.
• Develop and conduct orientation programs for new employees
• Verify compliance of contractors with labor laws and safety standards.
• Foster employee engagement through activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Ensure new hires understand safety protocols and company policies.
