Transaction Recording:

• Accurately record and update financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.

Invoice Management:

• Process, verify, and file invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.

Accounts Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable balances regularly.

Expense Tracking:

• Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budget guidelines.

Payroll Support:

• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring employee salaries and benefits are calculated and disbursed correctly.

Tax Compliance:

• Support the preparation and submission of tax filings and compliance reports in line with local regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• High level of accuracy in managing financial data and records.
