Job Description:

Create & maintain various types of alerts that monitor systems health and report any issues to resolve and/or escalate to the right teams.
Collaborate and work with the DEV team to deploy newer version patches/fixes for vulnerabilities for cloud servers.
Managing full Cloud Lifecycle, Provisioning, Automation and Security.
Setting up and administering multi-tier workload environments
Perform cloud platform level software upgrades
Develop scripts for automating Cloud/server tasks
Establish and improve metrics, monitor cloud utilization of resources using DataDog , Sentry for alert and Opsgenie for Incident
Perform on premise resources backup by utilizing Cloud Services
Deploy automation infrastructure by utilizing Cloud Formation techniques
Monitor availability and performance
Monitor effectively, billing and cost optimization strategies.
Manage disaster recovery and create backups.
Maintain Data Integrity and access control while using AWS application platform
Designing cloud-based infrastructure solution and deploying scalable highly available
Support, troubleshoot and implement products and services
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review. This includes reviewing the current infrastructure solutions to identify the gaps and propose enhancements.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades.
Assist our development team with testing and general web maintenance tasks as required
Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability and security
Troubleshooting server-side issues as they arise
Keeping updated, accurate and reliable backups of application and databases

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

3+ years of progressively responsible systems administration experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
Desired Industry certifications like AWS SysOps Admin associate, Azure Admin Associate.
Amazon Web Services certified system administration is a must
VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, IGW, Route 53, GA, DNS, VPN, RDS, IAM, etc
Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, DNS, CDN, Traffic Manager, Express Route, Blob Storage, Backup, Aurora SQL etc.
Awareness of Cloud security Best practices
Hands-on skills in configuring Cloud services, DNS, Active Directory
Good experience in managing Cloud storage
High Expertise on AWS and DataDog
Managing users ,permissions & cloud storage, interacting and maintaining good technology cleanliness in the Cloud estate.
Implementation of appropriate data leakage protection in all communication channels.
Manage accounts, access platforms & conduct regular audits to monitor logging and auditing and supporting endpoints.
Ability to work on Shell environment
Excellent multi-tasking ability
