JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate recruitment schedules, records, candidate communication, and hiring logistics. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule interviews, assessments, meetings, and recruitment events.

• Maintain applicant records, reports, and interview feedback status.

• Communicate instructions and updates to candidates and hiring teams.

• Coordinate documentation, offers, and onboarding handover.

• Monitor recruitment deadlines and pending actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 0–1 year of recruitment or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.

• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.
