Descrição:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of solid experience in Voice International Account.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and service requests.
- Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requisito
LOCATION: Market! Market! or Mckinley Hill, Taguig City
WORK SET-UP: ONSITE only
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Level/Graduate (REQUIRED)
- 1-year solid CSR Experience in Pure Voice International Account (REQUIRED)
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
