Description
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot E-bike issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair work on E-bikes in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating technical information to clients.
- Assist in assembling and tuning E-bikes for customers based on their individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, repairing E-bikes
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle tools and equipment safely
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and dedicated to quality workmanship
