We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Professor to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, conducting high-quality research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and administrative activities of the institution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned discipline.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Conduct research and publish in reputable academic journals.
• Supervise undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Serve on academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.
• Apply for research grants and manage funded research projects.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and academic conferences.
• Engage in community outreach and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies and academic standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant discipline.
• Strong record of teaching excellence at the university level.
• Demonstrated research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience supervising student research projects and theses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Commitment to academic integrity, diversity, and student success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Associate Professor or Professor.
• Successful history of securing external research funding.
• International teaching or research experience.
