Growth Rocket is looking for a strong, experienced Facebook/Meta Advertising specialist to be part of our media buying and client services team. As a Senior Facebook;/Meta advertising specialist in Growth Rocket, you are expected to be on the bleeding edge of paid Facebook and Instagram conversion strategy and are expected to advise key stakeholders on applied strategy to drive objectives forward. This means that your campaigns, the way they are set up, the copy and creative you use and the audience your targeting should all fall together to produce progressively improving and dollar-measurable results.

In this role, you will be working with cross-functional internal teams to put together advanced campaigns geared towards capturing conversions at the best possible cost per acquisition.

For this particular role, we are looking for a team member who has experience creating and executing large-scale advertising campaigns on the Facebook/Meta advertising platform and be able to properly communicate results to stakeholders at varying levels.

About you:

• Have comprehensive understanding of Meta's Advertising Policies
• Comfortable with face to face and remote stakeholder reporting
• 2-3 experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting, and reporting results for Meta Campaigns
• Able to put together large-scale Campaign Strategy
• Mastery of the Meta Pixel and Event Tracking
• Diligent and thoughtful when it comes to Campaign Monitoring
• Have a thousand ideas to test
• You produce foundationally-sound, comprehensive and easily-digestible reporting
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Can write and edit ad copies
• Have Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more) is a plus
• Detailed-oriented, self-sufficient and organized

What you should expect to perform under this role:

• Optimize campaigns to assure efficiency
• Constant monitoring of Facebook ad campaigns to guarantee that they are running at an optimal level
• Build, run, and scale Facebook ad campaigns (upload content, audience building, adjusting ad settings, etc.);
• Well-versed in identifying and creating Meta Audience that matches the client's customer avatar requirements
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
• Communicate performance reports and go-forward strategy to internal and external stakeholders
