Sales Engineer (Elevator Industry)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field
• Must have sales experience in the elevator industry (required)
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in construction, elevators, or any related industry
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and coordinate project documentation
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
• Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients
• Conduct site inspections to understand client requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations, cost proposals, and contract documents
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Coordinate project orders with factories and ensure timely processing
• Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding shop drawings, project progress, and installation requirements
• Monitor project quotations, sales orders, billing, collections, and overall project status
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely collection of client payments
• Arrange performance bonds and other project documentation when required
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
• Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management
• Perform other duties assigned by the company
