Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Replenish room supplies such as water, soap, tissue, and minibar items (if applicable).
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
• Ensure all rooms meet hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel industry is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• With NCII Certificate is a plus.
