Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned areas
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, water, and amenities
- Check rooms for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report to supervisor
- Ensure all rooms are tidy, sanitized, and ready for occupancy
- Respond to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows, room setup)
- Dispose of trash and manage waste properly
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
