Room Attendant

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas of a hotel or similar establishment.

*Clean and Organize Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining bathroom cleanliness.

*Restock Supplies: Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and other amenities in guest rooms.

*Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Address guest requests and respond to inquiries regarding room features and services.

*Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus but not always required.

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, good communication skills, and physical stamina for lifting and moving cleaning equipment.

Working Conditions:

- May require working weekends and holidays.

- Physically demanding work, involving bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
