Description
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain high-performance standards.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Must be a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- With Pleasing Personality.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
