Description
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and train staff on service standards, maintaining a high level of knowledge about menu items.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service and special events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- With pleasing personality. Must be 5'3 in height
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Leadership skills with a focus on team performance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
