- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress.
- Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership development, effective collaboration with hiring managers, and expertise in recruiting strategies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
