Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop Inventory Reports by gathering data of wastages, sales, and daily inventory (DTCC and Branch).
• Plot the data in the prescribed template to generate reports and analyze variances.
• Plot expenses such as wastages, supplies, marketing, representation, and training expenses.
• Conduct reconciliation weekly/bi-monthly/monthly/as needed with other departments in relation to inventory.
• Monitor all transactions related to inventory.
• Check whether or not the reports made related to the inventory count are correct.
• Coordinate and address third-party concerns (Store, Commissary, Warehouse, DTCC, and Roaster) and cascade to Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor if needed.
• Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
• Monitor movement of excess CAAF per employee.
• Review and submit operations monthly and weekly reports.
• Perform physical inventory count monthly/annually/as required.
• Send blank inventory template to branches and DTCC before the start of each month.
• Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated Book of Accounts.
• Assist and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
• Assign inventory training.
• Conduct surprise visits to outlets for auditing purposes.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Weekly – For submission and checking by Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor and President:

• Consolidated Consumables Report
• Summary report of store weekly submitted reports
• Consolidated Discrepancy Report

Monthly – For submission and checking by Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor:

• Consolidated Inventory Reports
• Wastage and Spoilage
• Disposal
• Stock Transfer
• CAAF Summary / Excess CAAF Report for ATD
• PMIX
• Tictac Reports
• Other reports that may be required
