Insurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products to customers and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage.
• Process and validate insurance claims and ensure completeness of required documents.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claim approvals and Letters of Authority (LOA).
• Verify the authenticity and validity of claim documents and insurance coverage.
• Review LOA details, including approved amount, participation fee, deductibles, depreciation, and vehicle information.
• Monitor the status and progress of insurance claims and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain accurate insurance claim reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and internal teams to facilitate claim processing and vehicle repairs.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to insurance claims and coordinate appropriate action.
• Address customer concerns regarding insurance claims and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION  : Graduate of any 4 year Business or Automotive Vocational Course 

WORK EXPERIENCE : At least Two (2) Years of relevant work experience

Willing to work in the Calamba area and travel to different locations within Metro Manila.
