Hotel Manager (Chinese/Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Can communicate in Mandarin Language (required)

• 5+ years experience in hotel projects, renovation, or hotel operations

• Strong on-site execution and problem-solving ability

• Familiar with hotel construction, space planning, and operational management

• Experience in hotel pre-opening or renovation projects preferred

• Willing to travel or stay on-site frequently

• Southeast Asia / Philippines project experience is a plus Bonus:

• International hotel chain experience

• with at least 1 project setup experience

• Familiar with AutoCAD / Project / SketchUp

• Can communicate in Mandarin Language (required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel projects from site selection, design, renovation, and construction to final opening

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, designers, and operational teams

• Oversee timeline, budget, quality control, fire safety, MEP, and fit-out works

• Establish operational SOPs and workflows

• Deeply participate in daily hotel operations and solve on-site issues

• Monitor operational details, staffing, costs, and execution quality
