- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
