Mandarin Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for experienced Mandarin-Speaking Hotel Operations Manager to oversee hotel projects from planning through operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel construction, renovation, pre-opening, and operational management, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Willing to be assign in Pasay City
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel projects, hotel renovation, or hotel operations
• Strong on-site execution and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in hotel construction, space planning, and operational management
• Experience in hotel pre-opening or renovation projects is highly preferred
• Willing to travel frequently or stay on-site when required
• Experience handling projects in Southeast Asia or the Philippines is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel projects from planning, renovation, construction, and pre-opening through to full operations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, consultants, and operational teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational readiness and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Implement operational standards, SOPs, and best practices
• Drive project completion while maintaining high-quality service and operational excellence
