Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our golf simulation facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for clients, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures of customers
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information
• Process payments and issue official receipts
• Provide information about services, rates, promotions, and facility rules
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
• Coordinate with operations staff regarding customer schedules and concerns
• Address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally
• Assist in daily sales reporting and cash handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and booking platforms
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
