Front Desk and Sales Associate

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the social media pages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in sales activities, including upselling products and services to customers.
• Maintain organized and efficient front desk operations, including scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, and different type of customers.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales operations including admin, sales, marketing and logistics
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment handle pressure and must be result-oriented
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field is preferred
