- Responsible to formulates quality and food safety plans for refrigerated processed meat.
- Implement quality inspection plans for raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and processes.
- Verifies production and storage processes against established procedure and specifications to assure that the company objectives are met.
- Reports on the performance of the manufacturing plant against quality objectives; identifies and analyses weakness and makes recommendation for improvement thereon.
- You will also perform other work assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
- With at least minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in quality control, R&D, or manufacturing
