Description
- Assist in the delivery of goods and services to clients.
- Support drivers in loading and unloading deliveries.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collection activities.
- Help in managing inventory and supplies related to deliveries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a delivery or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and reliable with a good sense of time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Physical ability to lift and carry packages; flexible working hours may be required.
