Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can communicate with users while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and emotional awareness. This role is highly suitable for individuals who are motivated by performance-based commissions and want to increase their earnings through productivity, commissions, and performance incentives.

Compensation & Performance

• Monthly salary: PHP 25K - 50K
• Performance-based earnings: Commissions, performance bonuses, grade allowance, full attendance bonus, and night differential pay
