We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent customer support and communicate effectively in English.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate, with or without work experience; or
- Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
- Must have above-average English communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- PHP 18,000 basic salary plus PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance.
- 20% night differential.
- HMO coverage for the employee starting on Day 1, with dependent coverage upon certification.
- Life and Accident Insurance.
- Annual salary increase based on performance.
- 13th and 14th month pay.
