Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Higher
- Experience Level: Fresher/No Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a call center environment
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers
- Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require working in shifts
