Description
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service orientation; technical skills for using call center software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
