Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Premium Telco Program.

As a CSR, you will assist customers with their telecommunications concerns, particularly billing-related inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding account and billing-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent communication and professionalism throughout every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• With or without call center/BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, and College Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Must be willing to undergo the onsite recruitment process.
• Candidates must be successfully profiled and hired specifically for the Premium Telco Program.

Compensation & Benefits

₱23,500 Total Package – Premium Telco Account

• 20% Night Differential
• Incentives — not yet included in the stated package and may be provided separately based on eligibility and program guidelines.

Important Note

Onsite processing is required.
